HE TATTOOED THE S.L.A.P. THEORY AND THE ENA ON HIS INNER BICEP
One of my core beliefs is that the quality of your life is a reflection of the quality of your relationships, so I think it’s definitely something to strive to meet your partners needs as best as possible as well as make sure your own needs are met.
Your Emotional Needs Analysis Mastery System of men and women has helped me understand what can help build a relationship and what can also lead to it’s demise if needs are not addressed or even worse violated. They are something I want to stay mindful of going forward throughout my life so I can focus on making my relationship as strong as possible. Here are some images of my tattoos to show the placement better. I’ve got a cheat sheet concept going on my arm like your cheating on a test but it’s all life lessons. So I added those tattoos for emotional needs in relationships and I'd always liked the S.L.A.P. Theory (From Creepy To Charisma: The Art of Calibration program). It also doesn’t hurt that when I first learned of them I was a single 20 year old guy, and now I’m in a great relationship with the most supportive person I’ve ever met and have a beautiful daughter who is about to turn 3 in a few months. I was fortunate enough to attend to this lecture that was recorded for the program. There was just so much information in this, I am going to have to review my notes every week to really digest what it means to be a calibrator. In this seminar, Frank goes in depth and actually demystify the idea of calibration. A word that is thrown around way too much in the social seminars these days, to the point where it has lost its original meaning of intent.
The traits of a calibrated person, and in contrast, the traits of a creepy person that violates people's general sense of safety and WHY they come off the way they do. Also he discuss in detail, the guideline to follow to calibrate properly, again, he emphasizes on how to think, and the thought process that goes behind the scene for a calibrator, to get the result he/she wanted, as opposed to teaching you specific lines, or things TO say in CERTAIN context, where out of those context, everything becomes meaningless.
Also the idea on how he would treat and interact with people without getting both parties angry but WITHOUT comprise your own values so you don't come off as a spineless coward. Very very powerful stuff indeed, but do not be misled, this is not a one seminar cure that will solve all of your problems, it's something that needs to be worked on actively everyday. I have already tried a couple of techniques and the result is mind boggling. I can't wait till I actually digest and understand all of the material he has given us. Bravo Frank for preparing this awesome seminar!

I have heard of calibration before but never new what it was until I listen to Frank's audio set of "The Art of Calibration". I began to understand what calibration is how I can put people into categories and how to calibrate to them. One of the many things I heard that got my attention was the differences between being creepy and having charisma. This is ground breaking information. I was acting creepy and didn't know it. How many times I was "miscalibrating" and not leaving the other person with a good feeling about themselves and not a good reflection on myself. They felt no connection and thought of me as judgmental and arrogant.
Also of importance is listening to another person and understanding where they are coming from and respecting their position. I can disagree and not change my own base life philosophies and make the person feel understood. I have done this in the past with people but I just wasn't aware of it. Now I know when I "miscalibrate" and
Frank explains why and how to calibrate. Frank's audio program has made me more aware of when I am being creepy or charismatic and how to socially calibrate.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. Going to this seminar was very refreshing. As a decently calibrated person myself, I knew some of the points that I had to learn on my own, but I learned a LOT of new things. Frank mentions one of the traits of a calibrated person was the honesty factor, and how you factor in being truthful to someone while still being calibrated.
One of the things I enjoyed hearing about is how you can tell when a situation goes bad, when it's your fault or somebody else and their mis-calibration. Frank also talks about using bad scenarios in your life and using them in a positive spin to help make yourself a calibrated person, and how his S.L.A.P. applies here.
I really enjoyed this seminar. Despite the fact that I know a lot of the things Frank mentioned already though my own experiences, I still got a lot out of it that will make me an even better calibrated person.

"Why be creepy when you can be calibrated."
Those words really resonated in my mind. The fact of the matter is, I never considered myself a "creepy" guy but because I was never the best calibrator makes me fit into the role of a creepy guy with women I talk to. Frank will tell you things in this program that you don't even know about yourself. Frank will tell you the mistakes you are making when interacting with women that you didn't even know you were doing.
This program really breaks it down for the average guy that is not getting the type of women he wants to be with. This program is for the guys that tried something in trying to get with one girl and then tried the same thing on another girl and got COMPLETELY different results and is still scratching his head wondering: "what the hell just happened? this worked last time..."
One of the biggest lessons I took from this is the fact that I need to take into consideration of how the women perceives me AND how she perceives HERSELF! And I must calibrate to both of these perceptions when talking to women.
I would also like to assert that although a newbie will still gain some insight, this program is better suited for those that have some knowledge of Frank's Emotional Needs Analysis system.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. I've heard how important calibration is many times for dating. As far as I could tell, it was some sort of magical pixie dust that made all the guru's techniques work: if you had calibration, they worked, and if they didn't work, it's because you didn't have enough calibration. After searching online many times for this magic ingredient, I was overjoyed to learn that it was actually a skill, and Frank Kermit was having a seminar about it.
The problem with experts is that they are often so advanced, they don't actually know how advanced they are, and are totally unable to break down what they know sufficiently for the student. This why some things are treated as an art: a study of a topic so intricate, that it can not be boiled down to simple, repeatable rules and experiments, so the only way to learn is through experience. What the lecturer does here, is present basic rules of calibration that take it a step away from art and towards science.
Frank Kermit clearly defines exactly what calibration is, what charisma actually is, and what the opposite of these things looks like. He explains how it works, how to learn it, and what the end result looks like in clear, concise language. No longer does the student need to screw up until they figure it out; there is finally a guide that explains the thing so many others have failed to.

I liked how the art of calibration audio program was talked about as a MINDSET as well as a technical skill set. It was interesting also how it was related back to charisma and the vibe you give off when the skill set and the mindset are in perfect alignment.
At this point I have already improved my calibration quite a bit from when I started.. but there is obviously still a lot of work to be done and hearing what Frank had to say in this program is definitely crucial to taking the next step. It will be cool to see what internalizing all this stuff does.

The Art of Calibration audio set done by Frank Kermit is very good. I learned things about others and myself and how to be behave more appropriately to any situation at hand. Wherever you are and whoever you're surrounded by, Frank teaches you how to come off as charismatic, likeable, comfortable.
Those who do or say the wrong thing at the wrong time come off as 'creepy'. This audio set teaches you how to be charismatic as in acting appropriately to the situation rather than coming off as a creep. This program would benefit everyone not just dating situations, but all social situations!
