Having been in the seduction community for several years now, it’s refreshing to see such a well organized and to-the-point lair. The questions were prepared, and clear, and the presentations and discussions were always moderated and kept on track. I think that the members are going to benefit greatly from this lair and their dedication and interest showed. The members are obviously open to the idea of the learning to convey a strong, comfortable, cocky and playful version of themselves, and I think that with a bit of risk taking, and some practice each of them will become very successful in the seduction world. I would especially like to thank Frank for giving us the opportunity to speak and share our insights, it was a fun and exciting experience, and I would be happy to do it again! As a passionate advocate of truth in the arena of attraction, monogamous relationships, and pickup, it's of utmost importance to me to be highly selective of the forums in which I speak. In fact, I don't tend to speak in most "seduction" communities because the very concept of monogamous relationships is usually marginalized or warped in one way or another by various close-minded members, leading to a deterioration of the discussion. I take my work very seriously, as well as my time, and consider it a great responsibility to help guys that are sincere in wanting to improve themselves. In order to communicate a message properly, however, there needs to be the right atmosphere and the right respect for learning among the individuals involved in the group. So, when I decided to take up Frank on his offer to speak to the group, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great pleasure to chat with the guys in this diverse group, as it was clear they were truly open to learning new ideas and to respecting not only the discussion, but respecting each other as well. This was the first presentation of such nature I've spoken at and it was a truly stimulating experience. The strong sense of presence everyone generated put me at ease to share my adventures and insight. There were straight to the point questions that automatically gave me answers I wanted to express. Many remained open to old yet new ideas; Being yourself, No memorizing lines or making a drastic change by becoming someone else but refreshing the sense of play in life. I listened to the Lecture when it was released on Frank's site and I was surprised at the length, and at how comprehensive it was with explaining why all of the parts of the constitution are as they are. Also, he included a number of real world scenarios demonstrating why lair leaders and moderators should do things as he described. Being a moderator in an internationally respected lair myself, I knew first hand the importance of proper practice in the maintenance of such a group but for others this is lecture is going to save you a lot of trial and error and heartache. You know, when I joined the lair I didn't expect it direct help my development at all. I joined it because I wanted to make it completely clear to myself that I was committed. I did it as a way of proving to myself I was serious about becoming a master and as a way of meeting at least one other liked minded guy who I could work with as a partner. Having been a member for a while now however, I realized that even if I had found a wingman outside of the lair there's no way I could've got to where I am today this quickly without my membership. ...Well, maybe if I had taken boot camp after boot camp after boot camp but I would have never met the same people and made those connections. You'll find a lair is only as good as the people in it and the amount of effort you are willing to invest. If you come in ready to help and learn, you will walk away with a better understanding of the game.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for inviting me to speak at the Toronto Seduction Lair yesterday evening. My experience at your venue is a stellar contrast to that I endured a few months previously, when I was invited to speak at a grossly substandard Toronto lair, which will remain nameless.
At your event I was treated with extreme respect and courtesy. I can tell from the way in which you interact with your members, that you truly care about their emotional well being. You are willing to do what it takes to help them improve themselves as men, and have no hidden agenda through which to sell them your own products or services. You are a selfless human being who is also an intelligent, eloquent, captivating speaker in your own right. I am very, very impressed! The Toronto Lair has proved to be a valuable resource for me. When I first set out on this journey, I wasn't sure whether I was going to have to strength and will power to complete it but every week I'm newly inspired to continue down this path. The members of this lair are an incredible group of human beings and I think it speaks loads for Frank, the man who has brought us together. The members of this lair constitute some of the most well-adjusted guys I've ever met. Each and everyone of them are committed to improving their entire lives, as well as, improving their success with women. In the months that I've been a member, I've seen members lose their virginity and members go from fearing the approach to saying that getting phone numbers are easy. With my friends of this lair at my side, I have no doubts about surpassing my current level of success or in attaining mastery because I am absolutely sure that any problem I may face, I have my brothers here to help me work through it. Membership to our lair is completely free and without the need to enroll in a mandatory seminar, and this only adds to the seriousness to which we approach this skill. I used to be one of those disk jockeys who patrolled the internet reading up on pick up and not really doing anything outside the girls I already knew, which was limiting my development. since i joined the lair i have been able to get more experience and insight. Furthermore, I have been able to compress time frames of development and achieve greater results in less time. Since I joined the lair I have also managed to go out more and get valuable cold approach experience and though I still have a lot to learn, i am well on my way to becoming the man i want to be having a great life. i dare to say that would not have been an even remote possibility if this lair did not exist. That being said I would also like to point out that trying to change this part of my life can be a very isolating experience because a lot of family and friends do not understand what we go through and why it is necessary to improve ourselves. In this lair I have found guys how understand my struggle and work toward helping me achieve my goals as I help them with achieve theirs. it has undoubtedly been the best decision i have made all year long.

I have never been someone who could be called a "natural". It was only on discovery of the Pick-Up Artist world was I finally able to lose my virginity after a long hard 8 months of not having anything, finally putting some effort into it, and reading as much as I possibly could. For a while, that could make me happy. I had achieved my goal of losing my virginity finally. I could once in a blue moon start up a relationship with a woman and have my sexual needs satisfied. For a while, I was happy. I felt as though I had some alright game, that I knew what it took when it came to getting women. During a break with one girl I was with, a sudden realization came to me. I was no player at all. My game wasn't anything special, it was just me trying and getting lucky. I had VERY little clue practically when it came to having or maintaining a relationship, and when it came down to it I KNEW I still had approach anxiety and couldn't even do anything much past a basic opener. Approach anxiety, little clue how to do a cold approach, little clue how to get or maintain a relationship? That an AFC, or a rAFC as some may put it. It was at that moment I decided to do some research and join this lair. I realized that by myself, I could not do what I needed to do if I wanted to have the much needed relationships, social skills, and sexual fulfillment that I needed and desired in my life. It was this lair, with it's very cemented rules, weekly meetings, the fact there were no membership fees or seminars I had to take beforehand, and connection with a very skilled coach (Hi Frank!) that won me over, and ever since joining this lair I've been extremely happy I did. This is a lair that focuses on putting in the effort. If you're willing to PUT ACTUAL EFFORT into learning to get good with women, this lair will reward you over and over again. However, if you're just looking to keyboard jockey and criticize people who are trying, you'll have to look elsewhere because EVERYONE in this lair is dedicated to the core. Because of this dedication, this lair has an extremely friendly and close community. Since joining a few months ago, I've overcome so much of my previous problems that I feel like a completely new person. My approach anxiety is completely handled, and I'm in a position to help others overcome it. My ability to handle relationships is VERY improved, and while I have my failures, I'm able to pinpoint exactly where I went wrong so that the next time I know what to change. My social skills have gone through the roof, and I have a new confidence in myself when it comes to women. That's right. Before joining the lair I was just a keyboard jockey who thought he knew game and had it pretty down pat. After joining the lair, I realize I'm just a Pick-Up Artist in training, and I've A LONG way to go before I can say I've got the skills to be satisfied in life. Most importantly, after joining this lair I got some amount of REAL GAME. I love this lair for all that it's helped me with, and I know I could not be where I am in life right now if it wasn't for the advice and experience that this lair gave me. I'm proud of this lair, and proud to be a part of it.

Well, this is the Twin Cities Pickup Artists/Twin Cities Lair and I am going to assume that most/all of us were here in 1987 and 1991. Based on this assumption, you all know what it means when the announcer says, "TOUCH'EM ALL, KIRBY PUCKETT!!!" In case you don't, that means that Kirby Puckett just scored another home run in our World Series runs, or in other words, in one swing, he COVERED ALL OF THE BASES!!! In that same fashion, with this one product, Frank B. Kermit covers ALL OF THE BASES!!! He gives you big picture, he gives you fine details, he gives you nuts and bolts and he gives you REAL LIFE examples that you can RELATE TO!! He tells it like it is and makes no apologies or excuses, nor does he NEED to. This is not pickup theory or technique. This is hardcore, how to run a successful lair and what to expect when you try to do so. I have studied some pickup gurus and the ones I like best I always found myself thinking, "Geez, there is a LOT OF STUFF HERE!! I gotta listen to this again and write all of this stuff down!" There is gold in there, Gentlemen. To really get it, bring your notebook and be ready to listen to it this time, and again next week and review it again in a month. In fact, plan to review it on a regular basis! There is THAT MUCH good stuff in there!! AND TAKE NOTES!! YOU WILL NEED TO!!

Hey guys, There's something that happened last month that you can all learn from. The KoreaLair has to put up with a very conservative culture here in South Korea (not North) and because of that, we were very protective about who we let in our group and all. Eventually, we had a mole come in and he exposed us to the media. Thankfully, I had listened to Frank Kermit information about how to run a Lair and took all the precautions recommended. Basically, I had it operated as if there were a mole (which we found at the end). We closed the site, and moved it and are now more selective about who we let in. All in all, this is just a little heads up about things you need to consider as you're leading a Lair and potential disasters that can happen. Cheers,

I wanted to put my 2 cents in on this matter. I have not posted much to this runningapua group, mainly because I joined this group for some help and guidance in getting my lair up and running in Toronto, and unfortunately got nothing but grief from almost everyone here. The funny thing is, the one person who did not give me grief, was the one and only Frank Kermit. Ironically enough, while everyone here should have been guiding me, Frank should have been the only one discouraging me since we were basically in direct competition with one another being in the same city. Low and behold, that was not the case. Within a couple of days of posting my first intro to this group, Frank and I began our communications. Believe it or not, the success that I found in Paradigm Shift Institute aka PSI (former puatoronto) was a definite result of the role that Franks guidance and experience played in the development of the group. I did not know what I was getting myself in to. YES, IT IS FRIGGIN HARD WORK RUNNING A LAIR! I only began to realize that shortly after its inception. Lucky enough for me, I had Frank, who I consider quite the mentor at this point, to guide me and steer me clear of the potential dangers with his forward thinking mentality. I was also present (in the room) for the recording of his "how to run a seduction lair." For that I feel privileged. Now, 2 years later, my hard work has paid off. My vision was strong, and Franks guidance complimented it nicely. I now have a couple of hundred members, who for the most part, share the same vision - a collaboration of information for the benefit of the collective group (or synergy). This way, the group grows collectively as opposed to a few individual members. Each of their strengths and weaknesses synergize to the point that growth is unanimous. It took a great deal of trial and error with moderators and administrators, but finally pulled together a group of people who are dedicated to helping each other for nothing more than the mere satisfaction that they get knowing that they have made someones life better, and consequently have good Karma following them. I couldn't be more proud of my group, and couldn't possibly appreciate Franks advice any more than I already do. Bottom line, if you don't find it time consuming and hard work running a lair, then you're probably not doing it right. At this point, my long hours, and hard work has paid off. I had to ban a few moderators, ban a few administrators, remove a few members, and the positive atmosphere that I sought to create finally came to life. Now, those who I carefully chose to maintain the integrity of my group are doing an amazing job, and my time has been freed as a result. The only involvement I have now is backend maintenance. So, all that being said, I would like to give my special thanks, in this semi private/public forum, to Frank, and all that he has brought to me and my 500 odd members, both through his guidance to me, and his numerous guest appearances at our meetings.

Leader of The Paradigm Shift Institute, Toronto Lair (Closed)
When I first heard Frank's audio on how to run a lair I thought so much of it was valuable. Now I think the most valuable thing he said in that program was the last thing he said on it. "Why would anyone want to be a lair leader?" Frank is a long respected member of this dating community. He has demonstrated significant leadership and aptitude for running a lair and has made many positive contributions for all of us. Unfortunately online forums (including this one) can give the illusion that anyone who happens to have access to them are on the same level as proven members with observable records that are worthy of the respect the rest of us afford them. This means that someone that no one has heard of can jump online and start ranting about issues that are clearly beyond their expertise as if they are somehow an authority on the subject and the rest of us should pay attention to them, or at least be forced to wade through their posts to screen them out. These types of people often show up to a lair and think they are a PUA just because they read The Game by Neil Strauss and then went out and asked a woman her opinion on something. When one of these guys shows up to a lair, which is not an online forum, the other members are forced to endure his arrogant attitude until he either repents and becomes more teachable, creates a clique for himself that he begins to lead, thereby creating a divide in the lair, or simply quits the lair (and probably goes out and makes an online forum of his own and calls it a lair). A lair is not an online forum. An online forum may or may not be slightly more protected legally from the issues raised in this group, such as underage members. This is probably solely due to a disclaimer that the forum member may have when someone joins the forum. If candidates requesting to join an online forum are made to agree that they are responsible for themselves and will not hold the owner of the forum responsible for anything then that should be the forum owners defense if he is taken to court for anything. That will probably be the forum owners only defense. Even if the forum owner is found "Not Guilty" he will still be guilty by association and so will the rest of us because of his actions or in actions. If he didn't take any steps at all to avoid any trouble but merely hid behind a disclaimer as criminals collaborated on his forum, then even if he is found not guilty by law, he is certainly guilty of at least a moral and ethical violation by not taking reasonable steps to prevent criminal or immoral activity form occurring on a medium that he created and allowed others to use (and the rest of us are guilty by association). We as a community should not allow or at least we should certainly take some kind of steps to discourage this level of inactivity. Even if it is merely agreeing collectively that it should not happen as a way to draw a line between lairs and pua forums. In this type of case, having a hands off policy when running the forum may even help in a legal defense because any hands on activity will only provide more reasons for the court systems to point the finger at the forum owner if anything ever goes wrong. This is why the major commercial pua forums do not screen their members. The value of a commercial pua forum isn't running a lair or taking care of members in any way (other than selling products). The reason commercial pua forums exist is to collect e-mail addresses for marketing purposes. Even so, there is a great level of moderating that occurs on the commercial pua forums because the commercial puas know that they are judged by their company JUST LIKE THE LAIR LEADERS. Commercial puas are almost certainly also aware that even if their "hold harmless" clause or (indemnification clause or whatever they call it) is a very weak protection. This means that moderating the forums is essential for both marketing and legal purposes. When someone creates an online forum and calls it a lair and puts little or no effort into running any aspect of it, they create an image for lairs and other lair leaders that a lair is an online forum where people are not screened and no official meetings ever take place. Add this ingredient to the fact that a lair is a group made for the purpose of helping men engage to some degree or another in sexual activity with women (even if it's just by association) and guess what kind of pie you're going to be baking. Those ingredients don't add up to happy thoughts with the common citizen. There is of course the obvious questions such as; Why should anyone join a mere online forum if they are looking for real support in this area of their life? If no one is screened on this forum then what risk am I taking in meeting a member and is that risk worth it it me? If I have to screen members myself then why should I screen members here instead of someplace else? What kind of person would join and network on a forum like this and do I want to associate with and be associated with that kind of person? There are plenty of people that will not see a problem with these questions and those are exactly the kind of people you will be attracting as an owner of one of these types of forums. If you don't see a problem with that, then birds of a feather will flock together. There is a problem for the rest of us in that all of us are now associated with that level of effort and that level of leadership. This is one reason that puas go commercial. Going commercial may be a way of differentiating themselves from an unregulated community that has all the problems that come with lack of leadership and accountability. In this way a commercial pua is at last holding himself accountable to his clients and to the market. This is probably the primary reason commercial puas thrive and lairs have dwindled. The common citizen will naturally be wary of a lair for this reason and naturally more comfortable paying money for a public bootcamp to ensure some type of safety and accountability. The amount of effort and leadership you put into your group go a long way into determining the quality of people that you attract and the kinds of problems that you will deal with. Accepting sub caliber members that have no stake in supporting you because you have no stake in supporting them will cause certain types of problems. Accepting high caliber members that you invest time and energy in on a regular basis will provide an entirely different set of problems. The main problem you will have in this case is the fall out from the rejects that kick out of your group. You will lose members no matter what you do. You can choose to lose the high caliber members by running a low caliber group that attracts low caliber people that will make high caliber people want to avoid you. You can also choose to attract high caliber members by setting and enforcing rules that will turn off any blood sucking leaches that want to show up and get something for free without having to add any value themselves. Expect those people to complain. Lair leaders must have the integrity to make rules and the courage to enforce them. Integrity, because rules or the lack thereof are a reflection of the one making them. Courage because you will have others bad mouth you for taking a stand on anything and everything that you take a stand on or against. People who lack integrity will not simply go someplace else where your rules don't exist. Unless there is a low caliber lair or unless they go out and make their own low caliber lair. Instead they will agree to your rules verbally or even in writing and then break them later, while bad mouthing you as an excuse for their inconsistencies. You will also need courage and integrity to deal with those who will test you by breaking rules and pushing the envelope. Being a lair leader is for the big dogs who run on the grass. Running an online forum is for the little dogs who stay on the porch.

This is my review of Frank's "How to Run a Seduction Lair" audio set.
I live in a semi rural area, at least compared to cities like Toronto, Chicago, LA, Las Vegas, etc... The town I live in, has maybe 50,000 people or so. There's no seduction community here. None, at least that I could find online. Occasionally, I would find a year-plus old post by a one or two-time poster on some pickup message board from someone who lived near by. So I contemplated starting a seduction lair. I had a grand ideas, so you can imagine my excitement when I heard that there was a lecture available online on how to run a lair. It was Frank's, of course, and I listened to the whole lecture. And after it was done, I realized, I have no business running a seduction lair.
The first thing that Frank makes clear, is that running a lair is a lot of hard work. And by that I really mean A LOT of hard work. Being the chair/president/leader of a seduction lair means that you have to manage people, and if you're just starting out in the seduction community, you do not have the required skills. End of story.
These are just a few of the issues that Frank says you need to know how to handle effectively:
1) What are you going to do when gurus with products to sell want to cut you in on their action in order to influence your lair's members into buying the products?
2) What are you going to do when members get in trouble with the law?
3) How are you going to handle the media?
4) Will there be dues? Who will handle the money?
5) How are you going to handle members who give out poor advice?
6) How are you going to keep con-men from preying on your members?
These are just a few of the many issues that arise. Do you have the answers to these issues? If you're new to the scene, then no you don't. There are just far too many issues involved in running a lair for any beginner to think that he actually has the skills to do so effectively. Even if you do think that you have the answers, after listening to Frank's lecture you will you realize that you don't.
That is the valuable insight that you gain from Frank's lecture, he is able to convey in clear terms just hard the job is. This is good advice for educated, skilled, and experienced seduction artists who are thinking about taking on the role as the leader of a lair. And it is a good education for beginners as to why they are not qualified to do so.
Either way, it is a very informative lecture. It will inform you as to what will be expected of you, and what you can expect from, a lair if you're a new member. A lair is not a social club, it is not a health club, and it is not place where you learn to become rich. It is a place where broken men come to learn how to take control of their love life.
Listen to the lecture yourself. It's good advice that everyone can learn from. And from what I've seen, it's information that's difficult to find elsewhere.

Hey Frank! Let me first start by saying that I really like what you've done and the way you teach. I've had an aversion to lairs because of all the stories I've heard and all the weirdos that flock to them, but the more I hear about you and (the way you run lairs), the more I like it. I've read some interviews with you and listened to some of you how to start a lair talk and read a few things you wrote and I like the approach. Too many guys in this scene that are far too commercial and are making ridiculous claims and promises and good to see that you have more integrity than that. You go beyond the focus of "just getting laid" and you're teaching with integrity and that is what it's all about. Something you can be proud of.
