I posted this on my social media and have to say that the majority of the responses were very negative.
Here are some examples:
"If I was to answer honestly, not many good things"
"My parents taught me that I should never get married"
"Nothing"
"Nothing good"
"That how they ran their marriage was no good"
At the time of publishing this post on the blog
there was only one possible response:
My parent's marriage taught me that it's important to be
trustworthy, honest and transparent with your partner
If you have parents that taught you how to have a great marriage,
it seems you may be among the lucky few.
If you come from parents
that were not able to teach you about marriage,
at least you learned from them what NOT to do
(which means you are halfway there).
