He was stood up at his prom. He lost his first fiance to one of his best friends. Then he had his heart broken one last time when the woman he had spent two years hanging out with surprised him one day by saying she had the desire to get married...to someone else. That was the final straw. It put him on a life-altering course to seek out the truth about men, women and relationships.

At the start of the new millennium, Frank Kermit, founded Montreal Seduction Lair, one of the first support groups of its kind. It was then that Frank Kermit wrote the first support lair constitution, a document containing the rules for member conduct and guidelines for lair administrators. This document became the template for many of the first seductions lairs established around the world. This book has been read by lair support leaders and members all over the world on 5 continents and helped establish online support groups for men in most major cities in the world.

In 2004 Frank Kermit founded the Frank Talks website for his original radio program Frank Talks: Pleasures and Lifestyles. His mandate was to interview people who, as its title suggests, enjoyed a variety of pleasures and lifestyles. The program was designed to help audiences lead better and more fulfilling lives.
