Frank B. Kermit (n1973) is a Relationship Expert. He teaches men and women about their Emotional Needs, how to address each other’s Emotional Needs, and how to address each other's Emotional Needs to ongoing loving relationships. His teaching and philosophies are about relationship building, maintenance and living traditional relationships and alternative lifestyles.

Frank B. Kermit is the author of many books and audio products, produces and hosts an internet radio show, runs an online relationship advice forum, and runs Frank Talks: Frank Advice columns in magazines and websitesr. He is also available for personalized coaching over the telephone, one on one, couples coaching, group coaching, and bedroom coaching.

His books include: 'From Loser to Seducer', an autobiographical work on his life before-and-after becoming a Relationship Expert; 'Everything Out of Her Mouth is a Test', which is his BEST SELLING guide for men to satisfy a woman's Emotional Needs; 'I'm a Man That's My Job', explaining the mindset he believes all men should have when approaching relationships; The Eye of the Seductress: a workbook for women to learn to address the Emotional Needs of men and get a man's commitment; 'The Emotional Needs Analysis Workbook Volume 1', a workbook applying his emotional needs of women principles into everyday exercises. These theories and philosophies work, but may be considered taboo by some.

He is an Advice Columnist giving Frank Advice for both Traditional and Alternative Relationships. He looks to submit his advice columns to many publications and websites.

Frank History

He was stood up at his prom. He lost his fiancé (betrayed) by one of his best friends. Then he had his heart broken one last time when the woman he had spent two years hanging out with, surprised him one day saying she had the desire to get married...to someone else. That was the final straw that spun into a life-altering course to seek out the truth about men, women and relationships.

It was during that search that Frank B Kermit founded the Frank Talks website for his original radio program Frank Talks: Pleasures and Lifestyles. His mandate was to interview people who lived a variety of pleasures and lifestyles and make those audio episodes available for free as a means to give back for all the people who he learned from. That program and the resulting information to help audience’s lead better and more fulfilling lives are the roots for what has become Frank’s way of life today.

At the start of the new millenium, Frank B Kermit, along with Cliff of Cliffslist.com and other Montreal seduction students, founded Montreal Seduction Lair, one of the first lair of its kind. It was then that Frank B Kermit wrote the first lair constitution, a document containing the rules for member conduct and guidelines for lair administrators. This document became the template for many of the first seductions lairs established around the world.

His autobiography From Loser to Seducer contains his personal journey, his own original philosophies, and his greatest triumphs and most terrible defeats. This includes getting back the ex-fiancé (the one girl that "got away"), managing a harem of five lovers at the same time, his first poly-date on Valentines Day and more. He also shares the unexpected pain of the successful seducer lifestyle that most relationship-enthusiasts often sweep under the carpet.

In September of 2006, Frank B Kermit moved to Toronto and shortly thereafter founded the Official Lair of the city of Toronto. The program he created in order to rapidly increase the skill level of new members, eventually evolved to become the Emotional Needs Analysis system found in the Emotional Needs Analysis Workbook.

In October 2006 Frank met and fell in love with Jade. They decided to marry after 26 hours together, got engaged officially 2 months later, and married within ten months of meeting. It was a whirlwind over night love story that came after nearly 10 years working on himself.

The bases of Kermit’s teachings are the 10 Emotional Needs of men and women, which are different. His teachings dictate that if someone satisfies those needs that are most important for an individual, that person will gain the other's interest. He believes that every man and woman possesses emotional needs, but each person values certain emotional needs much more than others. and that through satisfying these emotional needs, successful relationships are formed. and the violation of needs are how relationships are destroyed.
